So excited you are also excited for Hygge Soul Yoga!! So as I posted it’s going to be every Thursday night from 7-8. There will be a zoom link I’ll message out and make sure to send a recorded version if people can’t make it :) it’s going to be more yin/restorative poses to turn inward, meditations, body scans and a little bit of yoga nidra for healing some of the 2020 stress. The dress code will be anything you feel super cozy in, yoga clothes, sweats, cozy socks, and a space in your home with a yoga mat and maybe a blanket or candles! They are $15 per class OR $40 for the replays & any upcoming live classes. Includes a total of 4 classes.
